Easy 5-Step Ordering Process
Submit Your Inquiry
Tell us what stone you need (type, size, quantity, destination). Use our contact form or WhatsApp to reach out.
Get Quotation
Our export team will send you a formal quotation including FOB or CIF price, lead time, and packing details.
Confirm & Invoice
Once you confirm the order, we’ll issue a Proforma Invoice. Production starts after down payment is received.
Production & Packing
We cut, finish, and pack your stone according to export standards. Quality control is applied throughout the process.
Shipment & Documents
Your order is shipped via container. All export documents (invoice, packing list, BL, CO, etc.) are provided for smooth import.
After-Sales Support
We stay connected after delivery — assisting with documents, reorders, and project continuity.

Payment Terms
We accept international wire transfers (T/T) to our company account under PT Mahakarya Indo Utama.
- Down Payment: 50% upon order confirmation
- Final Payment: 50% before shipment
- Currency: USD (preferred), IDR for local orders

✅ Full payment required before container release
